@solana/kit ships two builds. The development build throws errors with full messages. The production build replaces them with Solana error #8100002; Decode this error by running `npx @solana/errors decode -- 8100002 '…'`. The base64 argument is the error’s context (for example statusCode=429), URL-encoded. This page decodes both.
