Attempt to load a program that does not exist
Kit's typed wrappers around the runtime's TransactionError variants, such as blockhash not found or insufficient funds for fee.
This wraps the on-chain error ProgramAccountNotFound, which has its own page with causes and fixes.

In production the message is stripped to keep bundles small; the error object still carries error.context with the same values this page decodes, and isSolanaError(err, SOLANA_ERROR__TRANSACTION_ERROR__PROGRAM_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND) lets you branch on it.
