“Transaction was not confirmed in 30.00 seconds. It is unknown if it succeeded or failed.”
The client stopped waiting for confirmation. The transaction may still land, or it may have expired when its blockhash aged out.
Common causes
- Network congestion with no or low priority fee.
- The RPC node dropped the transaction, or the blockhash expired before it was included.
How to fix it
- Check the signature on an explorer before retrying, to avoid double-sends.
- Add a priority fee, resend the same signed transaction until it confirms or the blockhash expires (
TransactionExpiredBlockheightExceededError).
