InvalidSeeds
“Provided seeds do not result in a valid address”
The seeds and bump passed to invoke_signed or create_program_address do not produce a valid PDA (one that is off the ed25519 curve) for this program.
Common causes
- Wrong bump: using a non-canonical bump or the bump of a different derivation.
- Seeds that differ from the derivation used by the client (order, encoding or program id).
- Using
create_program_addresswith a bump that puts the point on the curve.
How to fix it
- Use
find_program_addressto get the canonical bump and store it on the account. - Use the PDA tool on this site to reproduce the derivation and compare addresses.
