The fee payer does not have enough SOL to pay the transaction fee plus any lamports the transaction moves.
Common causes
- The wallet balance is below the base fee (5,000 lamports per signature) plus priority fee plus any transfers.
How to fix it
- Top up the fee payer. Keep a small SOL buffer in wallets that pay fees.
