“This transaction has already been processed”
A transaction with the same signature was already included in a block. This is usually a harmless retry.
Common causes
- Resending the exact same signed transaction after it landed.
- Sending two transactions with identical content and blockhash from the same signer.
How to fix it
- Treat it as success and confirm the original signature.
- For intentionally repeated transactions, add a different memo or fetch a fresh blockhash.
