The account was duplicated for more than one reallocation. Anchor validated the account while deserialising the instruction's accounts and rejected it.
Common causes
- The account passed does not match what the instruction's accounts struct declares.
How to fix it
- Check the logs for
AnchorError caused by account: <name>and verify that account's address, owner, data and signer status.
