The instruction received fewer accounts than its #[derive(Accounts)] struct requires.
Common causes
- Client built from a stale IDL that omits an account added later.
- Optional accounts not passed correctly.
How to fix it
- Regenerate the client from the current IDL and pass every account in the struct.
